I have been a part of the helping profession since 2008, and love encouraging people to become the best they can be. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to learn and grow, and make progress on the changes they wish to see in their lives.

I believe the counselling relationship should be collaborative; I’ll encourage you to keep doing the things that are working, but I’ll also give you a few more skills to help you overcome your struggles.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and dog, mountain biking, hiking, or just relaxing on the couch watching Netflix! I also love to dance, something I did for many years growing up; dance is one of those activities that “makes my heart happy”.
